24kg: 8/8 10sec en lockout Du mal avec l'épaule gauche.

  1. I'm glad to find out that you're using my generator.

    Those static holds in top position are very hard. Sometimes lack of mobility in shoulders and/or thoracic spine makes them even harder. If that's the case one should do a lot of mobility drills.

    Good thing about those static holds is that they teach you very fast to not hold your breath and to relax under load. They also seem to build strength quite nicely.

    I try it, my goals 80reps jerks 20kg and 80/80 snatch 20kg.

    Static hold are very hard and burn the shoulders. I think it will be good to enhance my strenght for lockout.
